Returns

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we offer a hassle-free return policy. You may return the item within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange. To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition as when you received it.

To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team at support@truck-up4sale.com. Provide your order number, the reason for the return, and any relevant details. Our team will guide you through the return process and provide you with a return shipping label, if applicable.

Once we receive the returned item, our team will inspect it to ensure it meets the return criteria. If everything is in order, we will process your refund or exchange within 5 business days. Please note that the original shipping charges are non-refundable.

If the item you received was damaged during shipping or is defective, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. We will arrange for a replacement or refund, depending on the situation.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email notification regarding the status of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original payment method within a few business days.

Exchanges

We will guide you through the exchange process and provide you with any necessary instructions. Please note that the availability of the desired item for exchange is subject to stock availability.

If there is a price difference between the original item and the one you wish to exchange it for, we will either refund the difference or charge you the additional amount, depending on the circumstances.
